Founded in a park in 2007, CrossFit Tri-Cities is a private training facility that opened with it's own space early 2008 with approximately 1,000 square feet. With growth in our student base through our commitment to exceptional service, and world class coaching, we progressed to our current location boasting over 4,000 square feet. CrossFit Tri-Cities is one of the nearly 2,000 world-wide CrossFit Affiliate gyms around the world.
