History

CrossFit Alpha Dog has been providing fitness to the Lombard, Glen Ellyn, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, and surrounding areas. CrossFit Alpha Dog is more than just another Lombard gym, it's a community of people devoted to making progress and pushing their fitness to the next level.

Here at CrossFit Alpha Dog our goal is to help YOU meet your fitness goals. No matter where you're starting from, CrossFit Alpha Dog is the place for you. At CrossFit Alpha Dog our instructors have extensive experience working with people of all athletic levels to help everyone achieve maximum fitness. A CrossFit workout can have any combination of Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, sprinting, or plyometrics. No two days are ever the same, routine is the enemy. True fitness is being prepared for anything life may throw at you unknown and unknowable. If a training program can be so effective for unknown modal and time domains, than the potential for a sport where time and demands are known is even greater. Our newly expanded facility offers 6,400 sq feet including showers, kids area, Olympic Lifting room, and of course an extensive and clean CrossFit area.
