Michelle Aponte Boksa helps people achieve the American dream of homeownership by actively listening and providing personalized loan options for individuals and families. She understands the importance of meeting a client's personal budget as well as educating them on various loan products. As a sixteen-year veteran in the mortgage industry, her specialty is working with First-Time Home Buyers. In her early years, Michelle worked as a Loan Processor and Sales Assistant, receiving multiple awards for performance and customer service. Concurrently, she studied and earned her MBA in Finance to acquire analysis strategies for real estate investments to better support her customers. Soon after she began her career as a Loan Officer, she was recognized as a top producer among her peers in 2014, 2016, 2017 & 2018 by the National Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Also in 2017, Freddie Mac recognized Michelle with the Home Rise Award, for top production in the nation in affordable lending solutions.
