rude as all hell! they want to be hard ass power tripping clowns about everything. they are a co-op of the credit union i belong too but they wouldn't let me deposit money into my own account...

Very rude customer service reps ...it must be in the training because more than once. I've never encountered such rudeness concerning my money.

They put a file against my credit showing i didnt pay my bill. they never sent me a bill. I have a paid off home and its a $75 fee to keep the heloc open. Shady and inconsiderate. It takes 15 min...
