CP Realty - Century 21

Yeah these guys basically suck. They are nice, don't get me wrong, they are nice. They had not finished my place when I agreed to rent. They assured me it would be ready when I wanted to move in....

I am currently a tenant at one of this Century 21's buildings... Let me please first discourage anyone from renting from this branch of Century 21... I had no idea how horribly rediculous...

Terrible!! And, unlike Noah, I do think they could be corrupt! I BOUGHT my condo (first person in the building) from this company in July of 2007. We had a final walk through list of things...

It turned out the condo I was renting from CP Realty was nearly foreclosed on. I got a letter from Ravenswood Bank saying they wanted me to pay them the rent directly...later on my landlord made...

I used their rental service and while I was leery it was going to be like the other guys. I was turned on right away with how helpful they were and I found a new place and I couldn't be happier....
