My parents moved in 2 years ago. I am so very thankful they did. My family lives in Carol Stream and we are now 5 minutes away. I am there practically every day as they have declined quite a bit....

rehab is awful. I mean, really bad. the independent living space is very dated, feels cramped. have an issue? too bad... customer service isn't their strong suit.

Can't say enough about Covenant Living. Exceptional care, caring staff, clean, excellent food. Rehab staff was top notch and took great care of our loved one.

mom is 99 and at Windsor in Hospice.we visit weekly and the lack of attention in care is really awfull. at 2:00 in the afternoon her hearing aids aren't in or if they are they aren't on or out of...
