Founded in 1971, Corfu Foods is a privately held manufacturer and marketer of gyro meats, pita breads and Mediterranean foods. The company operates out of a facility that is comprised of 88,000 square feet. The facility is approved by the United States Department of Agriculture. The company provides products to more than 300 distributors that serve the food service, retail and institutional markets. Its offerings include meat cones, strips, loaves and slices; tzatziki sauce, chicken slices, honey-mustard sauce, a gyro broiler, Kalamata olives, feta cheese, pepperoncini, spinach pie, cheese pie, Italian beef, Italian and Greek sausage, mousaka, pastichio, baklava, kataifi, flogeres, beef patties and chopped steaks.
