They have only few people who can speak English and often do not answer the call. And they do things really slowly. They did not mail my visa until I wrote an email.

This consulate (in Chicago) never answers their phone, Ive been calling for weeks. After a google search I found numerous complaints online that indicate this problem has been going on for months...
