Congregation Kneseth Israel (CKI) has been the heart of the Jewish community in Elgin, Illinois for over a century, serving the diverse Jewish community of the Greater Fox Valley area. Dedicated to lifelong learning, embracing diversity, building community, and meaningful observance, CKI offers a range of synagogue programming, including Torah and Hebrew school, regular worship services, and the fulfillment of all life cycle events.

With a mission to provide a Jewish presence and educational opportunities for both children and adults, CKI welcomes membership and participation from all Jews, including those in interfaith marriages. Everyone is very welcoming and it's a great place to be my daughter lives going to Torah school and I love the members it's a home away from home
