Since its first bag of flour was sold in 1867, ConAgra Foods has grown from a small Nebraska business into one of America's largest food companies. About 85 percent of the company's food profits flow from sales of branded and value-added items. ConAgra Foods has a strong presence in consumer grocery, as well as restaurant and food service establishments. Company brands include Armour, Angela Mia, Butterball, ConAgra Mills, Egg Beaters, El eXtremo, Fernando's, Gilroy Foods, Gulden's, Healthy Choice, Hebrew National, Hunt's, La Choy, Lamb Weston, Orville Redenbacher's, Reddi-wip, Singleton, Slim Jim, Spicetec, Swiss Miss, The Max and Ultragrain. The company also offers retail, food service and food ingredient products. ConAgra Foods, which posted $14.6 billion in sales during the 2005 fiscal year, maintains several locations throughout the United States. Gary M. Rodkin has been the chief executive officer of ConAgra Foods for more than one year. He has been with the food and beverage giant for over a year. Prior to joining the company in 2005, he was president and CEO of PepsiCo Beverages and Foods North America. Rodkin earned a BA degree from Rutgers University, and a MBA from Harvard. Its headquarters is in Omaha, Neb.
