The company opened in 1990 and has grown to nine locations serving the counties of Madison, Macoupin, Jersey, Greene, Calhoun, Montgomery, Bond, St. Clair, Clinton, Washington and Monroe. As an independent agent of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, we benefit from the strength and security of one of the largest title underwriters. We work with five attorneys who are on call to answer questions, resolve title issues, attend closings or prepare legal documents, when requested. Residential or Commercial real estate sales and loan closings can be scheduled quickly and handled efficiently. Our rates for title insurance are based on the sales price or the loan amount.
