Dusty helped me with a return. I had been unable to find a contact number for Collars and Co on their website. I called this actual bricks and mortar store looking for a real person to help me....

I have been seeing the advertisements. I was always concerned about the size/quality. I was in Chicago and they had an actual brick and mortar store. I tried on the different collar/color options...

This is the first location in the U.S. and this is operated by the retail group Leap which also runs Frank & Oak. They only have men's clothing here even though they have women's clothing online....
