Very rude! I gave her a chance and so did one of my relatives. She was rude to us both! My puppy was not the same when he came home. Scared, hiding, peeing everywhere. I will never go back.

The worst customer service I've EVER experienced. Extremely rude and disrespectful! If you enjoy being treated that way by a place of business - this is the place. Never again!

I took my Yorkie her on 10/2 she was in need of a hair cut so bad. I picked her up and she was beautiful they did such a great job. I really appreciate the gray job that was down for Sophie....
