History

Clark Dental Care, Ltd. was established at this location in 1999 by Dr. Sonia Moussa, DDS, PC. This is the original office location for Clark Dental Care. The second location was established in 2006 at 5301 W. Fullerton Ave in Chicago, also by Dr. Sonia Moussa, DDS, PC. Dr. Therese Moussa, DDS joined the Clark Dental Care team in 2008 and is currently practicing in both locations.

Services include: In-office Whitening, Implants, Crowns, Veneers, Bridges, Dentures, Partials, Fillings, Extractions, and Periodontal Treatment (for gum disease). We care for patients of all ages, so you can feel confident that we will provide the best care for your whole family. State of the art equipment includes digital panoramic X-Rays, digital X-Rays, Intra-oral camera (see your teeth on the TV). With TV's in all the units, you can watch TV and relax while you receive treatment!
