I don't know if the hotel has gone through a room remodel since a lot of the negative reviews in 2015 but I really liked this hotel. I was only here for a night after a bachelor party in Chicago....

Don't book! It's dirty. I stayed over night on 7/4/25 and didn't notice the shower was never cleaned until the following day 1 hour before I checked out. DISGUSTING!!!! And they didn't have hot...

I don't recommend if you have children/ toddlers, or value your own safety. The chain lock on the door is sideways put at an angle so it just falls right off. Your child could easily open the door...

Tear it down and start over. Cockroaches in elevator, pool closed with no explanation why....rooms not adequately cleaned..one elevator out of order...ice machine out of order....the list goes on....
