The City of Chicago Pipe Band is a nonprofit musical ensemble formed in July 2003, dedicated to the art of bagpiping and drumming. With a focus on looking good, sounding good, and fostering a positive experience, the band offers developmental programs for musicians of all skill levels.

Through their Academy program, young beginners learn the fundamentals of piping and drumming, while more experienced players participate in the Grade4 Ensemble. The flagship Grade2 Ensemble challenges skilled musicians to reach their highest potential through performance and competition.
