Been coming here since I was 16 (15 years now) and I've never had any issues with this location in particular. I should just mention though that I've only used Citibank for day to day banking...

Awful bank. Beware parking in their lot. They will tow you. Closing my account right away. If you're friendly with the security guard he won't tow you. FYI.

I'm so tired doing business with them. They always have problems with ATM's and their parking is terrible.
