Head chef and owner, Paul Kyung, has more than 30 years of experience in the kitchen, working every possible job available all the way to a respected chef. He has been reinventing the cuisine with beautiful craftsmanship, while creating new and unique flavors. The dishes resemble that of a home cooked meal and leaves you satisfied for more. China House uses only the finest meats and freshest produce in the kitchen, as nothing is cut short when incorporating all the components into the many dishes available. All the dishes can be modified to accommodate any taste upon request. Hot and spicy dishes can be altered and MSG can be omitted up request.
