Chico's started in 1983 as a small boutique selling Mexican folk art on Sanibel Island in Florida. This is a small store with a limited selection in styles and sizes. You will do well if you are a 0 or a 1, otherwise if you are a 2 or 3 it is almost impossible to make a complete outfit. They...
