I went there to get dinner for my family. I waited for 15 minutes just to get food that was not hot and some was missing. I called the store to let them know I had missing items, but no one answered.

My experience today was TURRIBLE! I used the app and pre-ordered my food. Fifteen...YES 15... people drove up, ordered, got their food and left and all 6 cars were still waiting for pre-ordered...
