I purchased a3 piece chicken strip snack and fries. They were both COLD. I will never return to this restaurant. It's overpriced and the food is terrible. It used to be delicious but it has declined.

I may be solo with this hot take, but. .. Chick-fil-A is overrated. While I do enjoy the chicken biscuit, I firmly believe chicken sandwiches should be crispy. It's certainly not a bad sandwich....
