We have been teaching traditional Kung Fu in the Schaumburg, Palatine and Bloomindale area for over seven years.

Specialties

We are a school that specializes in traditional Chinese Kung Fu for all ages and skill levels. A unique one of a kind martial arts experience featuring Southern Shaolin Kung Fu. Our facility features many pieces of tradition training equipment including heavy bags and training dummies, along with weights and stretching racks to help achieve a one of a kind work out. We also teach traditional Chinese weapons including: Staff, broadsword, spear, Kwan Dao, and butterfly swords as well as applications and self defense from the many traditional hand and weapon forms. Class times run from one hour long( kids) to one and a half hours( preteens through adults) fro regular classes. Old School traditional classes with weight training run for two hours. We also feature a true open gym for those wishing to train on their own, along with truly unlimited classes 6 days a week. Come learn Martial Arts the way they were supposed to taught.
