OK, despite great staff, and what seemed like a nice place, a part of their machine failed after 20 minutes, which was . . . . Frustrating. I pretty much lost a day of work, being self employed....

They rescheduled my appointment twice for different excuses on the day before my appointment both times . Then in the third time, I walk in and they say I don't even have an appointment scheduled....
