A few years ago, I was overweight, not moving much, feeling blah. I started playing Wii games to get moving. Silly fun, and better than the couch. That led to me playing outside, signing up for 5Ks, then my first marathon. I think that exercise doesn't have to be boring or a chore. If you take away the judgment and complicated equipment, fitness is fun.
Specialties
It's not just for kids now. It's just like recess, except we're adults and there are no teachers telling us what to do. Join us to play the games you loved as a kid. For a whole hour, get a workout that doesn't feel like a workout by running, jumping, bouncing and playing. No stuffy gymnasium, no rules-just fun. Just $5 per recess.
