Had a great experience with Chicago Metro. They helped ease the stress of breaking down unexpectedly and were courteous and prompt in getting to me. I hope I don't need a tow any time soon but...

I got stranded at 455 N. Milwaukee Ave. I called asking for assistance. Their response (the dispatcher was don't have any trucks in THAT area. Sorry Hun. Watch it now, THAT AREA! 3 blocks away....
