My parents and I had a pleasant stay at Marriott Burr Ridge. The main focal points for us was the pool, whirlpool, and gym. The environmental services / daily housekeeping did an exceptional job....

Check in was easy. The hostess was nice. The room was clean. It did take me a min to figure out how to tune off the lights behind the bed.. hah. Overall good location. I had a nice view from my room

This is a very nice hotel perfectly located for my trips to Chicago but is so poorly designed and managed. The rooms are very small, no dressers, no place to put your luggage, the bedroom...

Far from clean rooms and customer service is aweful. Would not recommend, this property does not live up to Marriott standards.
