Unorganized, lost paper work constantly, impossible to reach, rude. I have never worked with a professional that has lost so much paper work.

I haven't exactly been pleased with Cherry Creek. I feel like they have asked us to rush around and get everything done ASAP, only to have to wait for the "red tape" on their end. Our closing date...
