This a nice Chase branch location in a nice part of Joliet the employees and managers are nice and very helpful, I use the drive through most of the time so my experience will be based only on...

Asked for a banker and the people that work here are unprofessional, rude and have a really bad attitude.

Hours are terrible. When are people that work 9 to 5 supposed to do their banking? You are forced to wait and do it on Saturdays or ise your lunch break. Very inconvenient for your customers

Stopped in to add my daughter to the new savings account I opened up thru the app and was told she didn't have time to do it.

This branch is extremely slow, long lines at the drive up, not set up for walk-in banking and very slow tellers. I loved the Shorewood Rt 52 branch but they no longer serve walk-in customers....
