Located in Skokie, Ill., it provides phlebotomy service for home patients, Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT) service and reporting. The laboratory also provides electrocardiogram (EKG) service, environmental testing, creating epidemiology reports and providing necessary supplies. LifeScan Laboratory Inc. provides training for facilities like dehydration, laboratory procedures, infection control and blood prone pathogens, influenza control and blood borne pathogens, hepatitis testing, scabies and urinary tract infections.
