This medical facility is just awful when it comes to answering the phone. You could be caller number 20 and wait 35 minutes and then are hung up on. I literally spent my 30 minute lunch period...

Wow - terrible service. The first visit I waited 3 hours to see the doctor - yes, I had an appointment and was on time for it. After 2 hours I started complaining and everyone just kinda shrugged....
