They will NOT get your loved one up for physical therapy, claiming they can't make the residents do anything they don't want to do, even though that's what the loved one is there for. They will...

Disappointing that there's not a zero star option. I could go on and on about the treatment of my family member so save your self the trouble and take your loved ones ANYWHERE else.
