They set up an appointment... Will not show at the the time they give you or bother calling they they are NOT coming at all... One thing I can not stand is being stood up, even worse, not calling...

make sure that you get the carpet delivered a few days before install in order to acclimate. my family room has a seam in it that you can trip over. and if there is a problem call them back to fix...
