Cabin on the Hill, owned and operated by Danny and Jill Fager, offers a private retreat on their 80-acre property in Carbondale, IL. With two clean and comfortable cabins, guests can enjoy a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature, including a 40-acre forest and a hobby farm with various animals. Despite its rural location, the cabins are conveniently located near outdoor activities, wineries, orchards, festivals, and cultural events in Southern Illinois.
Valley View Cabin, with 830 square feet of living space, features a great room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms, as well as a front porch with rockers and a screened-in back porch with a private hot tub. The Red Cottage, offering 750 square feet of living space, includes two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and dining area, a screened-in porch with a hot tub, and a large outdoor deck. Both cabins allow pets for an additional fee and have different rates depending on the day of the week and length of stay.
