Operational for over 34 years, Butcher On The Block is a gourmet meat and deli market. Located in Lake In The Hills, Ill., it offers a wide variety of meats, including beef, pork, chicken/poultry, brats/sausages, lamb/veal, meat packages, fresh and frozen seafood, marinades/seasonings, etc. the company also provides deli meats, which include Bologna, Canadian bacon, ham, Liverwurst, salami, summer sausage and turkey. Butcher On The Block s deli cheeses comprise of American, White, Colby Jack, Horseradish, Hot Buffalo, Roasted Garlic and Peppadew, to name a few.

If you're looking for a great fresh butcher and are in the Algonquin, LITH, or Huntley area, I'd highly recommend Butcher on the Block.

10 stars are not enough! Outstanding! Excellent meats, side dishes, deli. All fresh and delicious. Excellent staff all of them helpful and make good recommendations. Have shopped here for 7 years....
