Burgess-Norton, founded in 1903, manufactures precision metal components, including piston pins, complex power metal parts and components for ferromagnetic applications. The company supplies piston pins for the automotive aftermarket, compressor, outdoor equipment, agricultural and racing/performance markets. Its customers include most original equipment manufacturers of autos, light trucks, heavy duty trucks and commercial vehicles. As a leading producer of powder metal parts since 1954, Burgess-Norton has received numerous design awards for complex powder metal parts. It designs and re-engineers parts from other technologies, including castings, forgings or wrought materials. Its powdered parts are distributed to vehicular, agriculture, HVAC, outdoor power equipment, off-road construction, hydraulic and recreation markets. Burgess-Norton is headquartered in Geneva, Ill.
