If I could give a zero I would. When you first come in the facility smells like poop and looks messy. The staff look at you as if you should not be there and don't even greet you when you come in....

Please think long and hard about allowing your loved one to receive their rehabilitation care. Unless you can be an advocate for your parent, and make sure they are receiving medication timely...
