We are an authentic barbecue restaurant where everything is homemade in-house, including all of our seasonings, barbecue sauces and side dishes. We don't use any cheater sauce underneath our bbq sauces. We make everything from the ground up at the smokehouse. We don't sauce anything. We strongly believe the sauce should be complementary to the meats. We use Hickory & Cherry wood to smoke all of our meats overnight. Our brisket smokes for over 20 hours and we only use Certified Angus Beef. We only use 2.5 lb PLUS Baby Back Ribs for a huge meaty rib. We have a full bar and gaming machines for entertainment. We have a separated family dining area away from the bar area. The bar is only 21 years and older and has 7 big screen HDTVs for viewing your favorite sports event.
