After working in salons and independently for 20 years, Kara opened Boho Hair Studio in South Chicago Heights in 2013. In 2015, she moved the salon to Historic Downtown Crete where it remains today.

Kara has been doing my hair since she was in beauty school. I trust no one else with my hair color, but her. This salon is so unique and welcoming. If you want a great hair experience,I recommend...

Boho has moved to downtown Crete, and Kara is still amazing! She's done amazing on my cut every time, and the color comes out incredible. If you haven't had the baylage (?) - try it! She is amazing!
