I've been training at Body shot fitness since February 2017 . Coach Rick Ramos and staff are outstanding . The classes are excellent . I've lost close to 45 lbs since training at Body shots ....

Been to many boxing gyms throughout the world and I must say this is one of the best gyms I have ever walked into. Very clean facility and the staff knows exactly how to run a boxing gym
