Heather has been working with bodies for 26 years, and a has been a certified Rolfer since 2005. To expand her understanding of the body and spirit, Dr. Heather earned a Ph.D. in clinical psychology with a somatic (body/mind) emphasis. Heather has worked with children as young as 3 years old and adults as old as 90. If bodywork is a tool that you have responded well to and you're looking to discover a direct and effective way to create support in your body, Heather is the healer for you.

Dr. Heather is a ROLFER who has worked with bodies since '93. Clients include people in chronic pain, mobility issues, and structural challenges. We discover the connections in your body to support alignment, function, breath, and ease.
