I have been calling since February to set up a massage that I got on groupon and no one has ever called back horrible customer service !!! I want my money back

My daughters bought me a massage at Bodies In Balance as a birthday gift through Groupon. I called to make an appointment at least 6 times, left a message each time, and never received a call...

I, too, had a difficult time getting a call back from leaving messages. But, I did finally (right after I complained to Groupon). It was worth the wait. The massage therapist was great.
