The award-winning Blessings on State Bed & Breakfast is located in the prestigious West State Street historic district in Jacksonville, Illinois. One block from Illinois College, the Governor Duncan Mansion and the Illinois School for the Deaf, this beautiful 130-year-old mansion shines with the ambiance of the past. Outstanding architectural details include a stunning carved staircase, five distinctly different tiled fireplaces, pocket doors, natural wood floors and stunning chandeliers in every room. Lodging is provided in two casually elegant guest suites. Each individually designed suite includes a private bath and private sitting room, all-season fireplace, WiFi and digital satellite TV. Rates $99-$175. We also offer a full-service Bed & Breakfast Experience food package upgrade with 24/7 hot and cold beverages and snacks, cookies and milk at bedtime, and fine dining gourmet breakfast for 1 or 2 people, for an additional fee.
