Since my review, I finally heard from Corp. they were able to refund half of my purchase. I am glad that they heard my voice. It took a few days for them to reply.. I was told 48-72 hours.

Wish I could do 1 star. It's a dying hardware store where employees don't care. Nothing in stock. They have more food than hardware. It's a joke.
