I went to big norms for a Togo order for lunch. I ordered my favorite, maxwell style polish meal. It comes with fries and a drink. I don't know why their fries are so good!!! I barely had any left...

My fries were super flimsy. The service was lacking and it took a long time for the order to be done when I was off from work. I had a short break, and it shouldn't have taken as long as it did....

Food is really good. But, the service is ass. No face expressions, no thank you's. Definitely missing good mannerism.

I printed off a $5 certificate from restaurants,com. Drove 13 miles to Big Norms (twice). 1st time arrived after 7:00 pm, they were closed. 2nd time today, ready to order, the man informed me...
