No one is working here. Hotel is dirty, and not only is there no towels in the rooms, they don't have any to give because no one is washing them

The hotel looks new and it is located in a safe location. Unfortunately we had to change rooms several times because the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, We had no choice but to tolerate it...
