First time going here. I got the jalapeno cheese. The girl had to make it from scratch which is fine and actually preferred. She told me 6 minutes. Took closer to 15. The thing was HUGE....

Got two huge pretzels, a drink and 2 cups of dip for $10.00 even. Service could've been friendlier, but the food was FRESH and very good. I would return based on food quality not for the service.
