When I got to Ulta for my appointment, the Salon helped me locate the brow bar and assisted with check-in. We were told that my appointment had been made for someone that no longer works there....

I've never had anyone mess up my eyebrows, until TODAY!!! so incredibly upset with what the girl did. I didn't walk in with super thin eyebrows, but they're thin now. The worst part is they not...
