ADDITIONAL: Just wanted to add that apparently they give their staff a 1 hour window to be late - would've been nice to know up front.. Just be aware of this along with the 67 cents per item pound...

Worst moving experience ever. Stay clear of Bellhop. They were 6+ hours late, broke a chair, and did nothing to rectify the situation. Avoid Bellhop like the plaque.
