While I was excited to see Beecher's cheese at Midway and ordered fig + grilled cheese sandwich to go, only come to find out later on the plane that the bread to so burnt and not quite edible....

Not too bad for a 5:45 breakfast. If I'm being honest I wanted a breakfast burrito across the food hall but I thought they were closed. The sandwich was pretty decent - the bread was toasted...

The first time I had Beecher's was in Seattle and was surprised to see one at MDW! I didn't have high expectations so wasn't surprised that the food wasn't as spectacular as the one in Seattle....
