Be very careful if you choose to bank at The Gurnee branch. They told me that I would get my paycheck 2 days early, and that's a lie. They approved us for credit cards, but we never received them....

Zero stars for the worst bank with no customer service. They tell you one thing and do another. Don't trust them.
